SERENDIPITY

Ramp and Front door to Mobile Home

Living room with boxes

Looking to the Right
I discovered why I never could find a title to the mobile home in Mom's papers. I discovered a lot of papers belonging to my brother CrazyCarl. According to tax documents The mobile home is in CrazyCarl's name. It is his! Now he is trying to get it, as salvage. He thinks he has a place to move it to.

April 1, 2015 is CrazyCarl Hickerson Day in Austin Texas. A coincidence because of the movie from Beef and Pie Productions about him.

March 31, 2015 is the closing on the property.

Serendipity.

PHOTOGRAPHS BY RICK PATRICK

Rick had a wide angle lens, lights, beautiful camera and a lot of energy. He got some beautiful photographs of the interior of the mobile home. We did some pushing around of boxes and furniture to get something of the look of the art in situ.

PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHS COMING SOON

Sunday March 22, 2015, I took Rick Patrick to Mom's mobile home. We spent about 4 hours there with particle masks and gloves. A beautiful day with a bit of drizzle but soon to come will be some photographs which may capture something of Mom's "visionary art".

Rick got some exercise. I did too, as his "assistant". My photographs demonstrate the need for an professional, experienced and talented photographer.

RING CURTAIN WITH BIRDS, papermache, styrofoam cups, 2012
Geraldine painted, danced and sang. We have a few of her art works but so many are gone. The last ten years or so she made "ring curtains" from styrofoam cups, paper mache' and acrylic paint. She made thousands of rings. She also made paper mache' birds.
